Week 1 Assignment:  Create a "Circle Map" of Where you've been in your life, create a "Double Bubble Map" that compares where you've been with a classmate, create a "Circle Map" of info of the Lost Boys of Sudan video, then create a "Flow Map" of the story of the Lost Boys.

Week Two Assignment: A.C.E. Strategy Question #1- Examine how the Untouchables are treated in Hindu society today

Read the two article that were passed out in class and answer the question above on a separate paper using the A.C.E. method  (A= answer the question in a complete sentence, C= cite specific examples from the articles, E= expand on your answer with something else you learned about this topic in class, or your personal opinion about what you read)

Week Three Video Summary:  Let Her Die 

Using your video questions and information we covered in our class discussion write a summary paragraph that includes the following:

1-Explain what female infanticide is  2-Explain the main causes for it in Hindu society in India  3-Explain what problems this is causing in India today

This will be entered into the assessment category in the the gradebook.
